The vertically divided shield design allows easy access to the equipment during maintenance, thereby reducing downtime and optimizing operating costs.
The Alfa Laval 40 screw press is equipped with a compressed air cleaning system that continuously cleans the filter screen during operation, optimizing dewatering efficiency and reducing polymer consumption thanks to the integrated mixing valve. The device has a processing capacity of up to 10 m³/h of treated sludge or 20 m³/h of activated sludge.
