Decanter is considered to be the most important equipment in the production line, it’s separating the liquid from shrimp heads to process nutritional products, de-watering, washing for solid Chitin, Chitosan products obtained from shrimp heads shells, these products have very high value in food protein industry, and pharmaceuticals.
