Supply of Electric Boiler, and hot water system, for Satori water plant – at Long Hau IP, Long An

Design / engineering / supply complete hot water system for water production line.

On July 25, 2018, SaturnEC has handed over the 400 kW boiler system, included pumps, tanks, piping system of hot water station, for the purified water production line at Satori - Long Hau Industrial Park - Long An.

The Electric hot water boiler capacity of 400kw, was delivered from reputable partner in Korea, combined with local sub-contractor to complete auxiliary components, piping, and full automation control system.

The system was hot tested for long period 30 days, before commissioning and handling to customer. The system had achieved initial design parameters and also was issued a National Accreditation Certificate for environmental safety, and energy saving equipment.

By 03 May 2017, SaturnEC has hand over the Mud de-watering centrifuge system of waste water plant to the investor VISSAN at HCM city. Full system automation, integrated centrifuge machine Decanter Alfa Laval - Model Aldec-10, the auxiliaries system included Polymer tank, pumps, full automation Control panel. EPC package contract was made complete after 3 months of signing, with 2 weeks of installation / acceptance. After a period of testing, and quality stabilized products, as well as output capacity of the system, Today, the upgrade plant capacity of Mud de-watering in wastewater treatment plant at VISSAN put into operation, and savings for owner costs of sludge treatment daily.
