Sucessfully installation mud de-watering centrifugal system in wastewater treatment plant at Sai Gon - Cu Chi BREWERY SABECO

By 02/12/2015, SaturnEC has hand over the Mud de-watering centrifuge system of waste water plant to the investor SABECO - Saigon Cu Chi Brewery.

Full system automation, integrated centrifuge machine Decanter Alfa Laval - Model Aldec-30, the Pumps system from Seepex - Germany, Control panel, auxiliaries equipments supply and installation by local sub-contractors.

EPC package contract was made complete after 4 months of signing, with 3 weeks of installation / acceptance.

After a period of testing, and quality stabilized products, as well as output capacity of the system, Today, the upgrade plant capacity of Mud de-watering in wastewater treatment plant at Cu Chi Brewery put into operation reaching full capacity as designed.

Model: Decanter ALDEC-30 capacity 6m3/hour.

Full system automation, integrated centrifuge machine Decanter Alfa Laval - Model Aldec-10, the auxiliaries system included Polymer tank, pumps, full automation Control panel. EPC package contract was made complete after 3 months of signing, with 2 weeks of installation / acceptance. After a period of testing, and quality stabilized products, as well as output capacity of the system, Today, the upgrade plant capacity of Mud de-watering in wastewater treatment plant at VISSAN put into operation, and savings for owner costs of sludge treatment daily.
