Upgrade the Cooling system for final products, at 4 Suntory Pepsi factories.

Provided and completed installation heat exchange equipment for soft drinks at 4 factories, Pepsi Hoc Mon, Dong Nai, Can Tho and Bac Ninh.

The project is implemented simultaneously in Pepsi factories throughout the country, in the Pepsico products safety program. SaturnEC has been approved for the entire work of designing, and replacing the existing systems, by using Alfa Laval PHE special Titanium material, ensuring absolute safety for beverage products in final cooling stage.

The whole project was handed over before the schedule in January 2019, the equipment was put into operation immediately, and achieved the parameters as designed. Also SaturnEC is committed to customers warranty for these equipment during 2 years of production.

By 03 May 2017, SaturnEC has hand over the Mud de-watering centrifuge system of waste water plant to the investor VISSAN at HCM city. Full system automation, integrated centrifuge machine Decanter Alfa Laval - Model Aldec-10, the auxiliaries system included Polymer tank, pumps, full automation Control panel. EPC package contract was made complete after 3 months of signing, with 2 weeks of installation / acceptance.
