SATURNEC performs maintenance work on Central Oil Cooling Heat Exchanger equipment for the Steel Rolling Mill. The heat exchanger plate needs to be cleaned and checked for leaks, due to long time operation and electrochemical corrosion due to cooling water containing a lot of chlorine chemicals.

SATURNEC completes the supply and commissioning of PHE for coffee Beverage customers at binh Duong and Hanam Provinces.

On 30th November 2015, SaturnEC hand over, and put in operated  the heat exchanger system, modules Pasteurize for fish-sauce (PHE using special material Titanium Pradium Ti-Pd have high durability and corrosion resistance) for new fish-sauce line, Masan invested in Nghi Loc - Nghe An province.

On 15th Dec. 2016, SaturnEC hand over, and put in operating  the Heat exchanger system, modules Pasteurize for fish-sauce (PHE using special material Titanium Pradium Ti-Pd have high durability and corrosion resistance) for new fish-sauce line Nam Ngu, Masan invested in Phu Quoc Island.

By 03 May 2017, SaturnEC has hand over the Mud de-watering centrifuge system of waste water plant to the investor VISSAN at HCM city. Full system automation, integrated centrifuge machine Decanter Alfa Laval - Model Aldec-10, the auxiliaries system included Polymer tank, pumps, full automation Control panel. EPC package contract was made complete after 3 months of signing, with 2 weeks of installation / acceptance. After a period of testing, and quality stabilized products, as well as output capacity of the system, Today, the upgrade plant capacity of Mud de-watering in wastewater treatment plant at VISSAN put into operation, and savings for owner costs of sludge treatment daily. The Oil filter systems are fully automatic filter cleaning and self-discharge solid type, which was replaced to the existing dual filters type.

On May 2015, SaturnEC provided two systems of heat exchangers for two projects of ISO-14000 contractors in Thailand.

Until Juneth 2015, SaturnEC did hand-over the complete system of heat exchanger, and Centrifugal separator (model: Clara-250) to produce green tea water drink for the URC Vietnam under the URC Corporation (Universal Robina Corporation) for two new factories in the region Northern and Central Vietnam.

SaturnEC designed and supplied a new heat exchanger for cooling Trang Tien ice cream in Hanoi. In August 2015, SaturnEC designed and supplied a new heat exchanger for cooling Trang Tien ice cream in Hanoi.

On November 2015, SaturnEC provided the heat exchanger for Thanh Thanh Cong Gia Lai Company. The new heat exchanger for re-heating can juice was installed, for improving and increasing capacity of plant.

On 20/08/2015, after more than 15 days running system tests for the Wide-Gap-200S Heat exchanger which cools the waste water, the investor SABECO - Saigon Cuchi Brewery signed an acceptance on capacity reaching for the replacement and upgrading of the heat exchanger.

By 02/12/2015, SaturnEC has hand over the Mud de-watering centrifuge system of waste water plant to the investor SABECO - Saigon Cu Chi Brewery.

SATURNEC completes the supply and commissioning of Collagel heating equipment with a heat exchanger designed according to pharmaceutical industry standards, SUS-316 stainless steel, frame, plates and connections. Model M6M-RM, M10M-RM.
