Supply of Boiler waste water treatment system for Nhon Trach 1 - Dong Nai Gas Power Plant

Service engineering consultant, supplying main equipment Heat Exchanger, Automatic water filter, for boiler wastewater discharge to Dong Nai River.

On Oct. 5, 2017, SaturnEC has handed over the boiler drain water system for Power Plant Nhon Trach-1 - in Dong Nai belong PV Power Corporation, the contract to provide keys equipment as Heat Exchanger, automatic filter for the boiler wastewater treatment plant, which is part of the plant's environmental protection projects, which is designed by the Center for Petroleum and Environmental Safety (CPSE).

The main equipment designed and supplied by SaturnEC includes a Heat Exchanger, Self-Cleaning Filter System and Automation Control System. After putting on operation, the system immediately show the efficiency of reducing the wastewater temperature. The hot wastewater is cooled down equivalent to the environmental temperature, ensuring that water discharged into the Dong Nai River is safe for the ecosystem around the plant. This plant is also equipped with monitoring stations for bioslurry, comply with the National’s rules waste water discharge.

By 03 May 2017, SaturnEC has hand over the Mud de-watering centrifuge system of waste water plant to the investor VISSAN at HCM city. Full system automation, integrated centrifuge machine Decanter Alfa Laval - Model Aldec-10, the auxiliaries system included Polymer tank, pumps, full automation Control panel. EPC package contract was made complete after 3 months of signing, with 2 weeks of installation / acceptance.
